Plants with automatic mixing (carburetion) systems: Concentration of In-Plant for Wool, ready-to-use, should have a range of 0.15% to 0.25%. Generally their plants have a concentrate tank. A 4.0% concentrate is first made as follows:

Recommended concentrations for this method range from 0.20% to 0.25%. To make 100 gallons of ready-to-use In-Plant for Wool, having a range 0.20% to 0.25% dissolve 1 1/2 pounds to 2 pounds of In-Plant for Wool in luke warm water.

For No Rinse Operation:
Recommended concentration is 0.25% to 0.4%. Scrub rug with this concentration and merely send through wringer without rinsing. Reduces browning dramatically.
