RENTAL CONDITIONS:
1.)
Delivery & Pick
up charges are extra (avg. $25 to $100), portal to portal. Customer may
transport machines if they have suitable transportation. Mandatory delivery and
pick up for auto scrubbers.
2.)
Repairs, other
than normal wear and tear will be charged to the customer in addition to the
rental fees. Clean up charge will also be applied if the unit is not returned in
the state it was taken. This may be taken out the deposit. This is determined
upon inspection of the service dept.
3.)
If customer does
not have an account with
Newport ,
Payment by credit
card and/or deposit is
due in
advance. A copy of driver’s license will also be needed upon pick up or drop-off
of rental.
4.)
Rental rates are
for a 24-hour day. Machines that are not returned same time next day, will
be charged
two day rate.
5.)
Chemicals and
extra cleaning supplies are not included in rental cost. (Exception – 2 pads
or brushes are
included with automatic scrubbers, and one pad with burnishers.)
6.)
Propane Units must
be returned with full tank. If not a $20.00 dollar charge will be applied.
