Tomcat's MICROMAG Scrubber Dryer was designed based off of our already well known MAGNUM and MINIMAG. Our goal with the MICROMAG Floor Scrubber Dryer is to have the smallest Scrubber Dryer avaliable without sacrificing on solution tank space or productivity in terms of scrubbing preformance.

Tomcat's MICROMAG Scrubber Dryer comes equipped with either a Brush-Assist drive which allows for operator ease with little-to-no pushing, or a Traction drive which includes a powerful all-gear transaxle for climbing ramps and max operator ease.

• The Brush-Assist drive is great for level surfaces and for a cheaper option in comparison to the Traction.

• The Traction drive offers unparalleled performance when climbing steep ramps and working on non-level surfaces.

Tomcat's XR Floor Scrubber Dryers are tough, compact scrubber dryers that offer the great productivity of Rider machines but with better maneuverability than Walk Behinds. The Tomcat XR Floor Scrubber Dryers have a powerful drive motor that can climb steep ramps and comes standard with heavy duty tires. Features of the drive system include: automatic parking brake and reducing of transport speed while scrubbing or reversing to maintain life of the squeegees. The Central Command II systems on all of our Rider Scrubber Dryers include: a LCD readout, on-board machine diagnostics, and 3 different hour meters. Also, if machine batteries become too discharged, the XR automatically shut down all systems except "transport", enabling the operator to still make it back to the charge station.

Tomcat's EDGE® Series of surface preparation machines gives operators the ability to remove multiple layers of finish, without using chemicals. As we all push for new ways to increase our protection of the environment and operator, this new approach to floor preparation can help achieve increased productivity.

The "ST" model's lower rpm (1725) motor allows for dry use and therefore eliminate most water use. The "ST" model also is designed to be extremely quiet and used in sensitive applications like hospitals. At only 62 dBA, it is an industry leader in reducing noise pollution and annoyance.

The "HD" models higher rpm (3450) motor allows for increase weight and productivity. Originally designed to make quick work of gym floor screening. At less than 73 dBA the "HD" unit is quieter than similar units, and yet offers increased performance. The higher rpm consistently achieves a smooth preparation scratch, and can extend sanding screen life over rotary machines. This unit can be used in the same manner as the "ST" unit for refinishing resilient tile floors, however we recommend the use our Dust Containment Kit.

The Tomcat model 34 Walk Behind Sweeper is the machine that built our company. A Commercial Sweeper famous for its ability to survive decades in the harshest applications: including mines, brick manufacturing and rugged steel mills. Designed almost 25 years ago, this floor sweeper can sweep through thick saw dust found in furniture manufacturing plants and the dust in paper mills. Bulk powder packaging clients with concrete powder or copier toner like its sweeping power without it blowing dust everywhere. The battery powers the sweeper for over 4 hours on a single charge and the sweeping broom is self adjusting for wear.

The Tomcat model TR's design was built from the success of our Model 34 Walk Behind Sweeper. The TR's side brooms sweep up dirt in the corners while a huge tubular sweeping broom under the machine sweeps up the dirt and debris from the floor and packs it into the steel hopper. Meanwhile, the second stage vacuums up the dust and traps it in a polypropylene felt "baghouse" filter. Tomcat's Commercial Sweeper Equipment can pick up whole bags of cement at a time without leaving a trace of dust behind.

The hard, high-gloss shine developed by the Walk Behind Tomcat 270 Burnisher is due to the unique burnishing head and flexible pad design. The head is ideally balanced and fully floating to provide a long lasting finish over uneven floor surfaces. The burnishing deck is protected under the machine, and the machine tips back permitting quick pad changes. Pad pressure is variable, and a deluxe instrument cluster is standard, including an hour meter to assist with preventive maintenance scheduling.

Dust control is a standard feature, which eliminates the need to dust mop the floor after floor buffing is complete. The dust collection bags are easily removed for disposal and extra bags can be stored on the machine.

Now you can have a Rider Burnisher that is actually SMALLER than most walk behinds on the market. The Tomcat 255 Micro Ride-on has double the battery of the walk behinds and 35% wider burnishing path. The 255-XL boasts a 27 inch path and can be equipped to run over 4 hours on a single charge, which is enough to polish over 140,000 square feet.

Like all Tomcat Floor Burnishers, the 255 is quiet, fume-free, and can eliminate the problems associated with propane equipment. Dust control is standard, along with a comfortable operator's position.
